Do You Only Make “Bites”?

Is Gratuity Automatically Included?

This is the most common question we get – and the answer is nope! While we are known for our “stylish minis”, we cater everything from cocktail receptions to fabulous food stations to multi-course plated dinners. We have always been able to accommodate various menu types.

We never include gratuity in our proposals. Gratuity is at the discretion of our clients. It is never expected but always appreciated.

Do You Offer Tastings?

What Is Included In Your Pricing?

We typically provide all food, alcohol, staffing (servers, bartenders, etc), and rentals (tables, chairs, linen, plates, silverware, glassware, etc). We also offer custom station design, unique serving pieces, and themed menu signage.

Yes, we offer tastings for weddings and large galas. Tastings start at $50/guest with the fee going towards your deposit if you choose to book with us. Why the Fee? Well as you can imagine, tastings can be quite expensive and time consuming to produce, so this helps cover some of our costs.

 

Do You Have a Minimum?

Can We Supply Our Own Alcohol?

Yes, we have a $1,000 food & beverage minimum for all events where staffing is needed onsite.

We strongly encourage all of our clients to secure a bar package through us. In addition to coming up with a customized package for you, we also offer an array of specialty cocktail options with our packages. From experience, we know the appropriate amounts to bring, which items will go over well with your guests, and what size bottles to provide (this is very important!). Some of the challenges of providing your own alcohol are: underestimating the amount that will be consumed throughout the evening; arranging transportation for it at the end of the night as most venues require everything to be removed when the party ends; and the overall inconvenience of having to manage that aspect of your event.

We cater parties from 10-1,000 people.

Do You Offer Drop Off Catering?

We do! We have a $500 minimum for all drop-off orders.
